📅 SEASONAL PRICES & MINIMUM STAYS

✔ Weekly Rental: Select your dates in the live calendar below for current weekly prices.
✔ Short Breaks: See the live calendar for current nightly prices (minimum 2–3 nights outside peak periods, ideally 3 nights on weekends).
✔ Peak Periods: Week-long stays required (school holidays, summer, etc.).

✔ Private Hot Tub. Your own mood-lit hot tub for ultimate relaxation. 🌙
✔ The Hub. Private Cinema & Games Room – exclusive to Lodge guests. 🎬🎮
✔ Private Garden & Outdoor Deck. A peaceful countryside setting for alfresco dining, wildlife spotting and relaxation. 🌿

Your Lodge stay includes a private garden and outdoor deck, your own hot tub, and exclusive use of The Hub cinema and games room. Access to the wildlife lake and fishing are reserved for Sunridge Geodome guests and cannot be added to a Lodge booking.

🎒 WHAT TO BRING – PACKING ESSENTIALS

✔ Personal extras. Feel free to bring additional Xbox games, Blu-rays, books or other entertainment for the immersive 5-metre cinema screen.
✔ Hot tub towels. Please bring older or larger towels specifically for hot tub use due to chlorine.
✔ Dog bedding. For pet stays, please bring pet bedding, blankets and coverings to help protect furniture and soft furnishings. 🐾
✔ Bedding & bathroom towels are included for up to 5 guests. If booking a 6th guest, please either bring your own additional bedding/towels or add the required bedding/towel extra during checkout.

💡 Want hassle-free packing? Additional bedding, towels and a travel cot can be selected as optional extras during booking.

🛏️ OPTIONAL EXTRAS – ADD DURING BOOKING

✔ Extra Guests. Add up to 2 additional guests (£25 per person, per night).
✔ Bedding & Towels for 6th Guest. Bedding and bathroom towels are included for up to 5 guests. If booking a 6th guest, please add the extra bedding/towel pack during checkout or bring your own.
✔ Pet Stay. Sunridge Lodge welcomes up to 2 well-behaved dogs (pet fee applies; add during booking).

🔥 FIRE SAFETY

✔ For fire safety, barbecues, disposable barbecues, campfires, firepits and other outdoor naked flames are not permitted anywhere on site.
✔ Lodge log-burner use may be restricted during exceptionally dry weather or elevated fire-risk periods.

🐾 PET POLICY – UP TO 2 WELL-BEHAVED DOGS WELCOME

✔ Dogs must be added via booking extras (pet fee applies).
✔ Please bring pet bedding, blankets and coverings to help protect furniture and soft furnishings.
✔ Dogs must remain supervised and on a lead outdoors.
✔ Dogs are not permitted in the hot tub.
✔ Pets are not permitted inside The Hub, our private cinema/games room located across the garden.

🕒 ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES

✔ Check-in: From 4pm onwards.
✔ Check-out: By 10am.
👉 Want to arrive early or stay a little longer? Early check-in and late checkout can be added as optional extras during booking, subject to availability.

🛌 SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS – UP TO 6 GUESTS

✔ Master Bedroom: King-size bed. 🛏️
✔ Mezzanine: Two single beds. 🛏️🛏️
✔ 5th Guest: Fold-out futon/floor bed, which can be used inside the Lodge or moved into The Hub if preferred.
✔ 6th Guest: Additional sleeping space can be arranged in The Hub using the large sofa or an electric single airbed.
📌 Bedding and bathroom towels are included for up to 5 guests. If booking a 6th guest, please add the required bedding/towel extra during checkout or bring your own.

💳 PAYMENT TERMS

✔ 30% deposit required to secure your booking.
✔ Full balance due 8 weeks before arrival.
