✔ For stays from 1 January 2027, the Geodome includes exclusive guest use of the lake.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 CHILDREN & SUPERVISION

✔ Children are welcome at Sunridge Geodome.
✔ Children must be closely supervised by a responsible adult around the lake and when using the Geodome stairs and mezzanine.

🎒 WHAT TO BRING - PACKING ESSENTIALS

✔ Bedding & Towels. Bedding and bathroom towels are provided for the main 2 guests. If more than 2 guests are staying, up to 5 total, please either bring your own additional bedding/towels or add the required extra bedding/towel packs during checkout. Adding extra guests does not automatically include their bedding.
✔ Hot Tub Towels. Please bring older or larger towels for hot tub use, as chlorine can damage or discolour the bathroom towels provided.
✔ Personal Entertainment. Feel free to bring additional Xbox games, Blu-rays, books or other entertainment for your stay.
✔ Pet Stays. Guests bringing their dog should bring pet bedding, blankets and coverings to help protect furniture and soft furnishings.

💡 Want hassle-free packing? Additional bedding, towels, doggie blankets and a travel cot can be selected as optional extras during booking.

🔧 OPTIONAL EXTRAS - ADD DURING BOOKING

✔ Extra Guests. The base price includes 2 guests. Up to 3 additional guests can be added for an extra charge. Guests 3 and 4 can sleep in the two single pull-out chair beds in the mezzanine den, with a single electric airbed stored in the coffee-table chest available for the 5th guest. Please select all additional guests when booking. 🛏️
✔ Bedding & Towels for Extra Guests. Bedding and bathroom towels are provided for the main 2 guests. If booking for 3–5 guests, please either bring your own additional bedding/towels or add the required extra bedding/towel packs during checkout. 🧺
✔ Personalised Packages. Celebrate in style with birthday, anniversary, honeymoon and romance packages available during booking. 🎉

🎣 FISHING PASS - OPTIONAL EXTRA

✔ Lake access is included with your stay; a fishing pass is only required if you wish to fish.
✔ Fishing is a peaceful optional extra and must be booked in advance when making your booking.
✔ £25 per person for short stays (1–3 nights).
✔ £50 per person for longer breaks (4–7 nights).
✔ £75 per person for stays of 8–14 nights.
✔ These passes offer peaceful catch & release coarse fishing in a tranquil, nature-rich setting.
✔ In rare cases, natural wildlife activity such as otter visits may impact fish presence. While our lake is thriving and restocked seasonally when appropriate, nature is beyond our control.

If wildlife activity or other environmental conditions significantly affect fishing during your stay, we will refund your fishing ticket. This refund covers the fishing ticket only. Accommodation bookings remain non-refundable under this fishing-refund policy, as these environmental factors are beyond our control. This does not affect your statutory rights.

🔥 FIRE SAFETY

✔ For fire safety, barbecues, disposable barbecues, campfires, firepits and other outdoor naked flames are not permitted anywhere on site.

🐾 PET POLICY - 1 WELL-BEHAVED DOG WELCOME

✔ 1 well-behaved dog is welcome (pet fee applies; select during booking).
✔ Please bring pet bedding, blankets and coverings to help protect furniture and soft furnishings.
✔ Dogs must remain supervised and on a lead outdoors.
✔ Dogs are not permitted in the hot tub.
✔ IMPORTANT: Due to the delicate and specialist nature of the Geodome structure, dogs must be kept under control and must not jump against, scratch or paw at the clear bay window, dome cover or insulated interior panels. These are specialist components and any damage can be extremely costly to repair or replace. Damage caused by pets will be chargeable.

🕒 ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES

✔ Check-in: From 4pm onwards.
✔ Check-out: By 10am.
👉 Want to arrive early or stay a little longer? Early check-in and late checkout can be added as optional extras during booking, subject to availability.

🌿 WILDLIFE LAKE ACCESS

Access to our peaceful wildlife lake is included with your Sunridge Geodome stay. For stays from 1 January 2027, the Geodome includes exclusive guest use of the lake. Owners and staff retain access to the lake for maintenance and essential checks. Coarse carp fishing remains an optional paid extra and must be booked in advance.

💳 PAYMENT TERMS

✔ 30% deposit required to secure your booking.
✔ Full balance due 8 weeks before arrival.
